Great news! Daddy and i talked it over this morning and decided that we want to keep the enhanced protocols going outside of the vacation time. We both enjoyed the improvements we saw to the scene dynamic over the vacation. So, we went over the list this morning and selected the ones that we felt we could maintain without impacting our day-to-day lives too much.

i know i was really hoping to keep the discipline jar concept alive. i included daily exercises and journal updates in the list of activities i must perform to avoid incurring a penalty. i recognize i need help to keep me focussed on doing those activities. i wonder how much of that is me being a boy wanting more structure and how much of that is me being lazy and needing a kick in the pants
