Good news! This weekend we did the repainting for the two dry wall repairs in the dungeon. We also finished putting the toys onto the peg board we installed last weekend. So, the dungeon space is officially complete (at least for now). We still have more future plans for the space; hopefully this year we can get to them. Sometime soon we need to pull in a kink-friendly electrician to help with some electrical work in the room. We are wiring the room for video with an overhead security camera replacing the overhead lamp. When we do that we want to have wall sconces added. Also we are wanting to replace the carpetting with either tile or concrete and then cover the play areas with pads. Cleanup will be a breeze.
Tonight was a movie night with friends. We found out last week that one of our friends has never seen Dr Who. How shocking! So another friend brought over her Dr Who DVD collection and we watched about 6-8 of the better episodes. i was in full "boy mode" making sure everyone had drinks and food over the course of the evening. A good time was had by all i am happy to say

ReplyDeleteAlso, I really like when you can do a regular activity with friends that you all enjoy while still knowing your place. You feel good, and everyone else benefits from it. I'm glad you are having that happen with movie night.
Thanks for the comment. It was so much fun i decided to host a movie night this weekend for the local subs group (i'm a member). It should be fun!
